• Must have at least 2 blank pages
• Passport must clearly show your full name and date of birth

If you are not a New Zealand passport holder:

• You must have a New Zealand visa valid for at least 6 months (any visa type)

PHOTOGRAPH

• Size: 4 × 6 cm (passport-size)
• Background: White
• View: Frontal (face fully visible)
• Age of Photo: Must be taken within the last 3 months
• Attachment: Do not staple to the application form (loose attachment preferred)

VISA APPLICATION FORM

• Visa application form must be fully completed
• Mobile number and home phone number are mandatory

INVITATION LETTER

• Business invitation letter from Saudi Arabia
• Issued by the Saudi company or authority
