REQUIREMENTS

Passport

A passport must be valid for more than six months beyond the entry date to Saudi Arabia and must have two blank pages opposite each other. New Zealand immigration status must be enclosed with a non-New Zealand passport
Photos

Two recent passport-size colour photos with a white background, printed on photo paper
Application

Original Saudi visa application completely filled and signed
Visa Authorisation Number/Letter of Invitation

A copy of the Saudi Visa invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Saudi Company Registration

Copy of Saudi Company Registration when applying with a letter of invitation
Travel History Form

A form to indicate where you have travelled to over the last two years
Medical Insurance Form

Medical Insurance to cover your stay in Saudi Arabia
Letter of Introduction

A letter from your company referencing your position and reason for travel, stamped by the New Zealand Business Chamber
Declaration Form

The declaration form will be sent to read and sign once your application has been lodged online

PROCESSING TIME

Your visa will be issued within approximately three days of submission to the embassy.
