• Background: White
• View: Frontal (face fully visible)
• Age of Photo: Must be taken within the last 3 months
• Attachment: Do not staple to the application form (loose attachment preferred)

VISA APPLICATION FORM

• Visa application form must be fully completed and signed

VISA AUTHORISATION

• Provide the visa authorisation number
• Issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
