Passport
A passport must be valid for more than six months beyond the entry date to Saudi Arabia and must have two blank pages opposite each other. New Zealand immigration status must be enclosed with a non-New Zealand passport

Photos
Two recent passport-size colour photos with a white background, printed on photo paper

Application
Original Saudi visa application completely filled and signed

Visa Authorisation Number
A copy of the Saudi Visa invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Travel History Form
A form to indicate where you have travelled to over the last two years

Medical Report (Apostilled)
An apostilled report of the full medical to be performed by any New Zealand registered doctor – valid for six months (Applicants age 16+)

Police Clearance (Apostilled)
A recent police name check from the Ministry of Justice – valid for six months (Applicants age 16+)

Proof of Relationship (Apostilled)
Your birth or marriage certificate apostilled by The Department of Internal Affairs to confirm you relationship to your sponsor

Copy of Sponsor’s IQAMA & Passport
A copy of your sponsor’s IQAMA and passport to show their immigration status

Declaration Form
The declaration form will be sent to read and sign once your application has been lodged online
- Documents not issued in New Zealand requires authentication, not an apostille
- Non-English/Arabic documents will require translation before authentication
