REQUIREMENTS

Passport

A passport must be valid for more than six months beyond the entry date to Saudi Arabia and must have two blank pages opposite each other. New Zealand immigration status must be enclosed with a non-New Zealand passport
Photos

Two recent passport-size colour photos with a white background, printed on photo paper
Application

Original Saudi visa application completely filled and signed
Visa Authorisation Number

A copy of the Saudi Visa invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Travel History Form

A form to indicate where you have travelled to over the last two years
Medical Report (Apostilled)

An apostilled report of the full medical to be performed by any New Zealand registered doctor – valid for six months
Criminal Record Check (Apostilled)

A recent police name check from the Ministry of Justice – valid for six months
Professional Accreditation

An accreditation certificate from KSA to verify your qualification
Degree (Apostilled)

Your university qualification apostilled by The Department of Internal Affairs
Letter of Experience (Apostilled)

Work experience letter from current or previous employers which relates to your new position
Work Contract

Work contract signed by both parties and attested by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Declaration Form

The declaration form will be sent to read and sign once your application has been lodged online

*MOFA Visa fees are an approximate based on the average fees for a New Zealand passport holder. Exact embassy fees are only available once your application is being lodged, thus the exact fee will be charged after your visa has been issued.

Please Note: If your degree is NOT from a New Zealand University or no MyEquals access is available, notarisation and/or authentication will be required at an additional fee.
